U S CosmeceuTechs, LLC was founded in April of 2004 by cosmeceutical skincare researchers and entrepreneurs Joseph A. Lewis II and Joseph C. DiNardo. With over 50 years combined experience in developing innovative cosmeceutical skincare technologies for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry,  Mr Lewis and Mr DiNardo founded the company on the corporate mission to simply supply the most technologically advanced, most efficacious, anti-aging skincare products to meet the special needs of consumers worldwide.
 
U S CosmeceuTechs is affiliated with Pharma Cosmetix Research, LLC and PCR Technology Holdings, LC. These companies provide the expertise in research and development and the proprietary intellectual property necessary to develop the most advanced skincare products in the world.
 
U S CosmeceuTechs, LLC launched its premier cosmeceutical skincare line under the brand name PRIORI in fall of 2004. Today PRIORI is sold in over 13 countries worldwide and is rapidly expanding its international presence and product offerings.
